Frank is a company leader with practical business experience. He understands problems and knows how to solve them.His staff are experienced tradespeople (at least the people working on my job were). I was pleased with their attention to detail, and the genuine desire to do a good job.Their attitude is consistent with Frank's who was more interested in completing the job to my satisfaction than quibbling amount the small variations. That said, my attitude may have assisted, because I never treated Frank or his staff as contractors. To me, they were all people with whom I was working cooperatively.It was a positive experience, and I will happily go back to React for more work.Update:The upgrade of the primary entrance to an historic building is a project where both the aesthetics and the execution are critical. It sets the tone for the building.Frank's planning and Jake and his team's execution has delivered another great result.React Property Maintenance have successfully complete a number of project in and around the building. Each of them has really delivered the results.
